No! The only cost you can expect during the process is your CPR certification if it is out of date.

Once your application is completed and we can speak with your references, we can typically set up interviews with a family within one week!

Sometimes but families typically prioritize local candidates first. We require that you already have a local address or firm plans to move here.

We advocate for fair, legal, taxed pay! Families typically set up pay for their employees through a third-party payroll company. You are not employed through our agency. You will be employed by the family that hires you.
Finding a great nanny family can be tough.
We advocate for the nannies we work with and will listen to you like a friend. We organize meetups, playdates, and training so you can be the best nanny out there. We have high expectations of the families we work with and we are passionate about finding the right family for you.
Our agency is always completely free for candidates.
Every candidate we work with at Nashville Nanny Agency is unique, but here are a few things they all have in common:
Minimum Requirements
At least 21 years of age
At least 3 years of professional childcare experience
Have 3 excellent childcare references
High School diploma
Infant/child CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to be certified before beginning a new position
Non-smoker
Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Have U.S. work authorization
Be fluent or able to communicate effectively in English
A genuine love for working with children
